Occupy Berkeley responsible for slow response that led to murder committed by son of former Democratic city councilman

Written By: Bob - Feb• 22•12

The Occuy movement carries on with their childish “give me more” tantrums requiring more police presence to keep them from raping one another to death, and an 67-year old man is murdered as a result of the slow police response.

Berkeley Police acknowledge they didn’t immediately respond to a call in the hills that would eventually result in a homicide this past Saturday.

Officers were preparing for an Occupy protest headed to UC Berkeley from Oakland and said it didn’t appear to be an emergency.

Neighbors in the area of Grizzly Peak Blvd. and Park Gate Road said that the police response to the call was slow.

Peter Cukor, 67, had been beaten to death with a flower pot. The suspect, 23-year-old Daniel Dewitt, was taken into custody and will be arraigned on Wednesday.
Dewitt was a football player at Alameda High School and his father was the first African-American City Councilman in the Island City.
It’s a perfect storm of idiocy, and I strongly suspect Mr. Cuckor is to be neither the first nor the last person that dies as a result of police being called away to deal with Occupy’s redistributionist criminality.

Well, you could just as easily, in fact probably more accurately, attribute his death to California’s firearms laws. Discretionary permitting resulting in counties which are in reality no-carry.

    where were his neighbors?

(probably standing around waiting for the cops)
