The saddest truth in politics is that people get the leaders they deserve

Reality bites at the pump

Remember this nugget?

“Somehow, we have to figure out how to boost the price of gasoline to the levels in Europe.” –Steven Chu, Barack Obama’s incoming Energy Secretary

At the time, gas prices in Europe ranged from $9-$10 a gallon.

The Obama Administration then took one extreme measure after another to ensure that the price so gas prices would continue to rise. From their disastrous “leadership” during the BP oil spill, to the XL pipeline debacle and common Administration practice of denying and delaying permits to energy producers, this President has done as much as he possibly can to drive up the cost of gas to pursue a radical environmental agenda.

He is going to try to force you–by bankruptcy if necessary–to trade in the vehicle you chose for yourself for a vehicle he chose for you.

It’s economic bullying, and just one example of this administration’s oppressive attempts to impose tyranny.

Dianne Sawyer is just one of many useless Obama sycophants in the mainstream media, but watch her amazement as his energy policies play out right in front of her eyes.
