I had the pleasure of meeting Lex at a milblogger conference a few years ago. This one hurts me personally, and my deepest sympathies go out to his family and friends. I hope that the Hobbit, SNO, the Biscuit, and the Kat find peace and comfort in their memories of a truly fine gentleman, husband, and father.
