The saddest truth in politics is that people get the leaders they deserve

#IfObamaDontWin a twitter celebration of assassination threats, rioting, and racial assault.

Within just a few moments of the end of President Barack Obama’s speech to close out the 2012 Democratic National Convention, the Twitter Hashtag #IfObamaDontWin spilled into my timeline.

Here is a random sample of the ignorance, death threats, calls for random assault, and violence from Obama supporters that are “fired up and ready to go.”

Meagan tweeted:

She was hardly the first or only outraged Democrat to make an assassination threat against Mitt Romney. Broderick also made a statement.

Broderick AKA @_ShawtyB_Easy claims to be from Hollywood. I’m sure the Secret Service would like to have a word with him.

Broderick tweeted his desire to “John Wilkes Booth” Mitt Romney if he was elected, though he managed to delete his tweet before I could screen cap it.

They had more like-minded souls than I could count out for assassination, and it may be the end of Romney’s second term before the Secret Service gets it all sorted out.

In addition to these murder fans, there were these more “restrained” Obama supporters.

This gentleman was only after insurrection.

One of his compatriots had lower aspirations. He didn’t want to revolt, he only wants to spur a nationwide riot.

In comparison, this gentlemen is an underachiever.

This is but a small sampling of the insanity of Obama’s supporters contributing to the #IfObamaDontWin record. Some are worse. Some are far, far worse.

It’s not the hope and change we were promised.

I would highly recommend buying a gun sometime between now and Nov 6… if you don’t already have one that is.

If you have one… buy extra mags/extra ammo.

The attached chart of Smith & Wesson revenues needs no comment.

Well one comment: when the final bubble does pop (and here we make the wild assumption that no intelligent extraterrestrial life will be found to bail out the central banks in time), at least everyone will be locked and loaded.

    Gonna ‘knock me out’, eh?

I’m looking forward to his attempt. Oh my yes. Might not work out quite how the thinks.

As Captain Parker said, “Don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.”
