No wonder he’s committing perjury: Attorney General Eric Holder created Operation Fast and Furious.
You can fool some of the people some of the time, but it never lasts:
“Although [the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives] ATF did not officially open the Fast and Furious investigation until the fall of 2009, the groundwork for the strategy that would guide the operation began shortly after new leadership took control of the Department of Justice nine months earlier,” the report reads. “On February 25, 2009, just one month after Attorney General Eric Holder took office, he gave a speech noting the danger of the Mexican drug cartels, focusing on the Sinaloa cartel in particular.”
Unless pardoned by an outward-bound Barack Obama before Romney’s inauguration, Eric Holder is going to face the distinct possibility of a criminal trial and jail time for his role in a gun-running plot that has killed hundreds.

After his role in the Marc Rich pardon as Clinton exited the White House, it amazes me that Eric the Red could still be appointed as Attorney General.
What a surprise to see him demonstrate an absence of morals or integrity starting literally from day 1. It is hard to say which is more appalling – his personal corruption, or that he blends into the corruption of the entire administration.
The only thing that would keep Eric Holder from folding like a cheap suit is that he’s already got a signed pardon in his top desk drawer.
He will never by prosecuted by the U.S. Government. That’s simply not going to happen. But if we are very, very lucky, the Romney administration will not contest his extradition to Mexico.
If pardoned simply Extradite him to Mexico for trial there, problem solved.
I feel sure that the pardon is already written, they are just waiting to hand it out around the first of the year.
