What the DNI did is frankly irrelevant.

As a member of Obama’s cabinet, Ambassador Susan Rice had the same clearance as the other Administration officials in the room.  Susan Rice knew or should have know that the attack on the U.S. consulate in Benghazi was a terrorist attack, and chose to go on national television and blame the deaths of four Americans on a YouTube video.

Susan Rice lied to the American people.
