The saddest truth in politics is that people get the leaders they deserve

Gun control is people control, rooted deeply in racism

Written By: Bob - Feb• 25•13

I’m fairly sure the National Rifle Association was created to make sure the militia was more competent, not to protect blacks after the Civil War as the first speaker claims, but there is no denying the fact that one of the first missions the NRA did take upon themselves was to train and arm blacks against racist Democrats of the Ku Klux Klan in the South after reconstruction.

142 years later, that dedication hasn’t changed, even as Democrats like Nancy Pelosi, Joe Biden, and Barack Obama try to keep good men like Otis McDonald as second class citizens.

Not that I doubt you, but do you happen to have source on the NRA training and arming blacks in the South after the Civil War? I’ve heard this several times, but I haven’t been able to track down any references for this – only tertiary sources. The earliest cases I could find dated back to the 1950s.

Four Hundred Years Of Gun Control – Why Isn’t It Working?

Mr. Nemerov set out to prove gun control works. But came to a conclusion 180 degrees from his premise. Gun Control since the earliest days of the Colonies was a racist proposition.

Every since the tragedy at Sandy Hook, the left has been throwing explanations or definitions of the NRA up like throwing cow pies up against a barn and seeing which one sticks (yes, I did it as a kid, a very stupid kid).

When one hits they think will stick they will run with it after licking their fingers. This does not surprise me as their mentality is one of slogans and emotions apparently.

It’s predictable how the left “structures” us into a mirror image of themselves. That is, the NRA is our main public and political voice, and we’re all good little sojers in its ranks. (Not.)

But that says loads about the left’s division of society into interest/identity groups. And it profoundly misunderstands (and “misunderestimates”) the strength of people who see themselves as sovereign citizen individuals.

Then when you ask “Which side has the firearms?” — the probable outcome becomes clearer.

It remains to be seen if blacks can free themselves from fealty to the left. But until they do, the black family is going to remain a disaster area.

I think the fight to preserve the Second Amendment will benefit blacks, and poor ones most of all, although I don’t see much hope of convincing them of this for the immediate future.

All of us, black, white and whatever, have a choice to make.

Welfare is incompatible with individual’ liberties. You simply cannot have both. One man’s welfare REQUIRES another man’s servitude.
      .
      .

The essence of welfare is the seizure and redistribution of private property.

The primary purpose of firearms is the protection of private property … be that your wage-packet or your life and body. When the intent is to confiscate property, for the purpose of redistribution … resistance is not welcomed.

Since the core tenet of ALL political parties, is the confiscation of private property, in the form of taxation …. then I submit to you that it is in the interests of NO political party, that you be armed.

So, don’t look so surprised when they “betray” you. That was the plan, all along.
