Newtown father: “From my cold dead hands”

Written By: Bob - Feb• 04•13

This is the father of a fifth-grader at Sandy Hook Elementary School, where 20 students were gunned down in cold blood. She survived; the younger sister of one of her friends did not.

Like all American gun owners, he is deeply saddened by the actions of an evil man.

Like any rational American, he realizes the rifle used was only a tool, and the crime committed does not justify attempts to attack the Constitution.

Wow, you got on that correction–”hands” not “heads” quick!

Incidentally, are you not allowing public comments on this thread? If so, that’s fine, of course–your blog and and all that–I just want to make sure I’m not being an imbecile in misunderstanding how the platform works.

Great blog, keep up the good work, etc., etc., etc.

His daughter did not attend Sandy Hook but rather another Newtown school. He actually contacted David Codrea to clear it up on an Examiner article.
